Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade
The Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade is tied as the second-oldest parade in the United States. This parade is a tradition that many witness in person and many more embrace at their homes with loved ones at the start of the holiday season. Having your Marching Band march through The Big Apple during the New York’s world-famous Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade is a major accomplishment for any Band Director and his/her band. Band directors need to apply years in advance and submit an application video to the Macy’s Band Selection Committee. The decisions are made by early May. The parade will be broadcasted on NBC. During a band’s visit, the group could also attend a Show on Broadway, a cruise to the Statue of Liberty or see performances at Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, or Radio City Music Hall and take in some shopping and some of the greatest food around.

2024 America’s Hometown Thanksgiving Celebration
Performing Arts Consultants is proud to continue our exclusive partnership with America’s Hometown Thanksgiving Celebration and Parade (televised on ABC in Boston) in Plymouth, Massachusetts.
For over 20 years, hundreds of thousands of people from all walks of life have traveled to historic Plymouth to experience a bounty of authentic Americana. The celebration of Thanksgiving becomes history-brought-to-life as Pilgrims, Native Americans, Soldiers, Patriots, and Pioneers proudly climb out of the history books and onto the streets of Plymouth. Please join us for the opportunity to perform for thousands of spectators as we celebrate a true American holiday in the place where it all began over 400 years ago! After the parade, groups will be treated to a special event at Plimoth Patuxet, including Thanksgiving Dinner, and Self-Guided Tour of the Plantation and the Mayflower. As Plymouth is only a short distance from Boston, overnight groups will also have the chance to experience one of America’s finest large cities, as well!

2024 NATOFest Parade of Nations
Our favorite Springtime parade! Norfolk is home to the largest naval base in the world. When aircraft carriers return from months at sea, local TV stations cover the event. Norfolk is surrounded by the Hampton Roads harbor to the west, the Chesapeake Bay to the north and Virginia Beach and the Atlantic to the east. Participants can visit Colonial Williamsburg also featuring Busch Gardens Theme Park or the beautiful beaches at Virginia Beach. The 71st “Norfolk NATO Festival’s Parade of Nations” will step off on Saturday morning with 16-22 bands in competition for rating, or just to experience the event and march through.

PAC takes many of the Best Bands to this BIG Event and does so in splendid fashion! We know our way around this event recently taking Southern University, Tennessee State University, the Gibson County Mass Band, Munford High School and this year, Norfolk State University. Oh yes, we take their Friends, Family, and Alumni along on a separate itinerary as well. Let our experience and vendor relationships allow you to come and…enjoy the Rose Parade Experience.
