Who do I make my checks out to?
Please make ALL checks payable to: PERFORMING ARTS CONSULTANTS
We are now pleased to accept group payments by credit card with a 3% surcharge per transaction.
Please include your group’s ID number with ALL payments.
How long before the trip can I cancel and still get my money refunded?
In consideration of non-refundable payments made by Performing Arts Consultants to tour operators, land operators, airlines and other agents associated with travel and/or festival arrangements, accommodations and/or services, the following will apply
45- 30 DAYS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE – a $50.00 per person cancellation fee PLUS any cancellation charges and non-refundable payments levied by the various vendors mentioned above.
29-15 DAYS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE – a $75.00 per person cancellation fee PLUS any cancellation charges and non-refundable payments levied by the various vendors mentioned above.
14 DAYS OR LESS DAYS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE – Absolutely NO refunds will be granted
